All this is too early to say and subject to change but:

The world is in bad state of stagnation in poor state.

Some renegade power figure decided to found a school in secret government place to prepare people for the future. The protagonist (you) were taken in as student, but things were not too good for him and he did some mistakes.

Under risk of being thrown out you agree to manage a school team. The team consists of unsavory characters, who did various bad things beyond authorities tolerance and this team is last chance for them to avoid being forgotten in dungeon. As protagonist you need to find your own way to cope with people's problems, your problems and make everyone work together into victory.

The game is being  made with Godot engine and is in early prototype stage
